Jon Gundling serves as Vice President and as a Commercial Sales Executive for Chicago Title’s Seattle National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. During his 30-year career with Chicago Title, Jon has focused on managing title, escrow and underwriting services for single site and multi-state/multi-site purchase, loans, leases, and defeasance transactions for office, retail, warehouse, and industrial properties in all 50 States, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

Jon is an attorney admitted to practice in Massachusetts as well as in the Federal District Court, First District. Additionally, Jon is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He enjoys all forms of endurance sports activities including long distance ocean swimming, kayaking and competing in triathlons.
