Tiffany Zink offers over 10 years of experience in both title and escrow to the Chicago Title NCS team. Her well-balanced knowledge of the field, paired with a law degree, has given her a foundation that enables an understanding of the transaction from multiple viewpoints. Tiffany obtained her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law as well as a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa, graduating with honors from both. She can be described as responsible, analytical, and organized.
Zink has a strong work ethic and believes that integrity and holding herself accountable are extremely important in the industry. It’s important for her to work hard making sure clients experience a smooth transaction. She is self-motivated and always looking to learn more, which is why she enjoys not only working with local people, but learning new things about how the industry works in different parts of the country. Tiffany is currently represented in the WSBA Real Property Probate and Trust Section.

She grew up in a suburb of Des Moines, Iowa, and now resides in Gig Harbor, Washington. She has two children, Xavier and Zuri. In her free time, she enjoys running, spending time outdoors when the weather cooperates, watching sports, being with her family, and staying busy by keeping up with her kids and their various activities.
