Lindsy Doucette serves as Vice President and Underwriting Counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company’s Seattle NCS operation. Lindsy advises on title and escrow matters to all operations in Washington and Montana. She will be broadening her scope to include Alaska, Idaho, and Wyoming as she becomes acquainted with the Pacific Northwest. Lindsy joined Fidelity National Title Group in 2009. After five years in claims as Senior Claims Counsel, Lindsy was recruited to be Commercial Underwriting Counsel in Southern California where she supported title officers handling major accounts including alternative energy matters throughout the country.

Lindsy graduated from the University of California, San Diego and Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. She began her professional practice as an associate in Omaha, Nebraska with handling high-value commercial real property transactions nationwide, corporate matters, and litigation. She is an active member of the Washington State Bar and an inactive member of the Nebraska State Bar. In her spare time, (LOL), Lindsy enjoys live music, local restaurants, and a good book.
