Kathleen Sirianni serves as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Counsel for Chicago Title’s Seattle National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Kathleen works with attorneys, developers and lenders to facilitate complex commercial real estate closings nationwide.
Prior to joining Chicago Title in 2014, Kathleen spent a year with its parent company, Fidelity National Financial, in the Seattle Litigation Group, familiarizing herself with title policy coverage and claims-related issues.

Kathleen serves on the Board of Directors for CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and is involved in many industry organizations. Kathleen regularly teaches Continuing Legal Education classes. She is active in the Washington State Bar Association and King County Bar Association.
Kathleen earned her law degree from Seattle University School of Law, where she focused on real estate and served as the Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Environmental Law.
