Joe Knipp serves as Senior Vice President and Manager of Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services operation based out of Seattle. He proudly leads one of the most experienced commercial teams in the country. Joe joined the Fidelity family in 2008 serving as claims counsel and eventually managing claims counsel where he administered title and escrow claims across the nation. He then brought that background to the position of underwriting counsel where he advised direct operations and agents in the Pacific Northwest. In his most recent role, Joe has served as operations manager for Chicago and Fidelity Title NCS-Seattle demonstrating success in overseeing sales, title and national business development.

Joe frequently provides client lectures and Continuing Legal Education CLE classes as well as internal training for employees. He graduated with a Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Washington and Missouri.
