Darnella Ward serves as Vice President and Commercial Underwriter for Chicago Title National Commercial Services in Seattle. Darnella brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Seattle’s Chicago Title Commercial Services operation. Prior to coming to Seattle, she served as a Commercial Underwriter for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company in New York. While there she was responsible for a number of multimillion dollar single-site and multisite transactions and she lead underwriting efforts for a number of notable New York and National closings.

Her practical and customer service forward approach to complex commercial transactions makes her an easy choice for clients when they are selecting or choosing to partner with a title insurance company and escrow provider. Prior to her time in New York, she worked as a trial and appellate attorney, both in private practice and for Fidelity National Title Group (“FNTG”). While with FNTG she represented insureds and FNTG’s various family title brands in high exposure claims and in title coverage issues.
