Dan MacMillan is Vice President and Regional Counsel for Chicago Title’s Seattle National Commercial Services operation. Dan is proud to work with the most knowledgeable and experienced commercial title team in the country.
Before joining Chicago Title, Dan was Underwriting Counsel for the Fidelity National Title Group family of underwriters, supporting all of its affiliated title insurance companies and their agents. Prior to joining the Northwest underwriting team, Dan worked as Senior Claims Counsel in Omaha, where he focused on defalcation claims and claims in the Pacific Northwest.

Dan is licensed to practice law in Washington. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and his Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado State University. In his free time Dan enjoys spending time with his family, sailing and hiking.
